(CMGO) ( OTCBB: CMGO) www.cmgholdingsinc.com, a full service marketing communications company operating in the sectors of commercial rights, event management and talent management, is pleased to announce that New York-based Milk and Cookies Press has agreed to publish Jacabee Code, co-authored by Creative Management Group Agency clients Maribeth Nickell and Jaclyn Cannon, co-founders of Jacabee, Inc.
Jacabee Code is a children’s media package composed of twelve books which will be supplemented by an electronic series and online components. The concept grew out of sketches made by the late artist F. Luis Mora, drawings of Americana-esque characters that have never before been made public. Alan Morell, Chairman and CEO of CMG Holdings Inc. negotiated the sale of the book series with Milk and Cookies Press, who will offer the first book in the twelve-book series in September of 2010, with subsequent books available soon thereafter. Curious Pictures will be handling the motion media series, and StudioCom will handle the online component of the media package.

Sometimes there is nothing better than a true story coming to life!!! Two lifelong best friends, Maribeth Colton Nickell and Jaclyn Leas Cannon, both moms of boys, wanted to encourage a love of reading, fact finding and fun! How can we carry on this family legacy and let kids see this creative and beautiful artwork?
How can we broaden this tradition to include other children?
How can children all over the world communicate and learn from each other with one common language?
Maribeth, being funny herself, found humor in Baldy and gave the trio the gift of humor. Jaclyn loves to solve puzzles, so she wanted kids to be able to crack a code. Both moms believe the Jacabee Code can fill a gap in the marketplace for boys ages 6-12. They share a passion and a strong enthusiasm for learning, storytelling and playing games that offer a challenge, so they created an adventure that incorporates those passions, and displays a little dose of healthy competitiveness.
